About Me

I was born in Thailand and moved to Germany in 2004. Growing up here made me realize how many opportunities I have regarding education. So I chose the subject that I enjoy the most. The design has always made me think about passion, details, and innovation.

Through my bachelor in "Internet of Things", I gained various insights into user-centred technologies, as well as the functional and technical possibilities for the development of interfaces and the connectivity of the prototypical hardware and software. After my bachelor's degree, I completed a master's degree in strategic design. It is a combination of design, management, and research. The Master's programme teaches skills in a project-based, interdisciplinary and application-oriented way. I learned how to optimize processes, create services, develop business models, develop communication concepts and research different user behaviours. This has deepened my methodological tools and my expertise in the field of user experience.

In addition, design relevant methods such as Design Thinking are an important part of developing useful solutions and products. It enables to incorporate different perspectives from different stakeholders. As an intern and working student in the User and Customer Experience and Strategic Innovation Management department, I learned a lot about working closely with customers, stakeholders and organizing work independently.

I gain a lot of experience through the numerous projects in my studies, that has shown me which qualities are important for solving problems and developing new ideas: perseverance, team spirit and ambition. For me, teamwork is extremely important, because without a good functioning team, no progress is possible. Furthermore, openness, tolerance, diversity and equality are fundamental to my work.
